📋 Description

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones, managing calendars, interview panels, video links and on-site visits • Serve as a point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling and interview information • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including stages and required documentation • Support recruiting events such as career fairs, university and veteran hiring events, and candidate open houses, including logistics, materials and follow-up • Help run the internship program by scheduling interviews, tracking intern cohorts, coordinating onboarding and supporting program events • Use AI tools to draft candidate communications, summarize interview feedback and automate scheduling tasks • Share effective AI use cases with the wider team • Identify manual coordination steps and propose AI-enabled or automated improvements • Assist with recruiting reports, hiring metrics, audits and other Talent Acquisition projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, People Operations or a related field • Hands-on experience with an ATS or HRIS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, ADP) • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) at work • Interest in finding new ways to apply AI tools • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Candidate-first mindset • Ability to prioritize many requests and work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment
