📋 Description

• Support the full-cycle recruiting process • Source talent through various channels and tools • Conduct initial phone screens • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members • Prepare interview materials and debriefs • Extend offers of employment • Negotiate salary and benefits • Communicate with new hires prior to their start date • Orient new employees on their first day • Track metrics related to the recruiting function • Serve as a liaison between candidates and management throughout the selection process • Partner with internal teams to understand staffing needs • Process background checks and I9s • Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred
