📋 Description
• Perform full-cycle recruiting functions, including job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing, and presentation • Identify candidates whose skills match job requirements • Interact regularly with Hiring Managers to understand openings, shifts, and requirements • Use sourcing strategies including cold calling, ATS and job board sourcing, schools, networking, and employee referrals • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers • Maintain the candidate database
🎯 Requirements
• At least two years’ experience in a clinical healthcare recruitment role • Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards • Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques • Superb written and oral communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
