📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Gold OS Images and deployment configurations for macOS, Windows 10/11, and Ubuntu Linux • Architect zero-touch provisioning workflows using Autopilot and ADE • Partner with the IT Provisioning Team to optimize hardware staging workflows • Own and optimize UEM and MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, and Kandji • Architect and manage the automated Workday and Okta Lifecycle Management pipeline • Design and implement automated intake forms and workflows using Jira Service Management or Okta Workflows • Automate employee transfer, role-change, and termination workflows for SaaS provisioning and access revocation • Serve as the technical escalation point for IAM and automated provisioning failures • Troubleshoot Workday-to-Okta attribute and downstream application mismatches • Maintain troubleshooting runbooks and technical documentation • Mentor junior administrators, helpdesk technicians, and contractor teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Client Systems Engineering, Endpoint Architecture, or IT Infrastructure Automation • Proven track record of configuring and maintaining Workday-driven identity provisioning within Okta • Understanding of Workday attribute mapping, lifecycle states, and Okta expression language/workflows • Expert-level knowledge of configuring, securing, and imaging Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu Linux at enterprise scale • Deep familiarity with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager (ABM) • Experience with Ansible, Chef, and Puppet • Hands-on experience building dynamic service catalogs, custom forms, and conditional routing workflows • Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python • Experience engaging with multiple hardware vendors and VARs • U.S. Person status or applicable export-control authorization/license exception required for access to export-controlled technology and government-contract work • Preferred: Okta Certified Consultant/Developer, Jamf Certified Admin, or Workday Extend/Integration certification • Preferred: Experience with Postman, Workato, or Okta Workflows
