📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate the cloud platform running Documo’s document processing and fax products. • Support infrastructure behind Documo’s AI and machine learning services. • Own the software delivery path from pull request to production. • Maintain production health and scale the platform securely as the product catalog and AI workloads grow. • Provide strategic technical direction for the business. • Architect, develop, and maintain Documo’s software product catalog with Product, internal stakeholders, and customers. • Ensure technology solutions meet reliability, security, and scalability standards. • Maintain technical documentation and procedures. • Research and implement technologies that improve internal operations. • Implement information technology, information security, and compliance requirements. • Provide escalated technical support to customers and internal stakeholders. • Report to the Engineering Manager, DevOps; no direct reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering experience. • Experience using AI tools in daily work. • Ability to treat infrastructure as a product. • Ability to act as a technical lead and mentor other engineers. • Ability to support customer-facing work up to 10%, including escalations, connectivity and integration discussions, and security reviews.
