📋 Description

• Partner with clients and internal teams to recommend and configure Docusign solutions across web and pre-connected applications • Provide technical and business expertise and align solutions with data and network security best practices • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders • Manage enhancement requirements and escalations • Translate simple to complex business needs into well-designed solutions • Deliver on-time and on-budget collaborative customer engagements that drive continuous improvement, adoption, renewal, and upsell • Plan, organize, and manage engagement tasks, project decisions, escalations, and prioritizations • Develop technical solutions addressing client needs and track objectives, success criteria, and milestones • Build relationships with customer administrators and Centers of Excellence as a trusted SpringCM CLM platform consultant • Collaborate with Docusign teams to uncover additional customer needs and document client requirements and expectations • Meet Professional Services utilization, customer satisfaction, and financial success criteria

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience with a Master's degree • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent • 8+ years of experience working directly with businesses and customers to understand business needs and apply technology solutions • 4+ years of experience with consulting, leading implementation, and solution architecture development on business analyst teams in Software or Software-as-a-Service industries • Understanding of document and content management or workflow systems and their application to business process improvement • Experience implementing workflow or BPM software, such as Lombardi, Pega, K2, or Skelta • Experience with software such as Salesforce.com, Documentum, FileNet, or MS SharePoint • Experience with XML, XPath, or other structured data • Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future sponsorship
