📋 Description

• Own and administer core financial systems, including NetSuite and FloQast • Manage system configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health • Identify and automate manual or error-prone finance operations such as month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and procure-to-pay • Partner with engineering to define and maintain finance business logic and canonical data definitions • Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform • Translate Finance and Accounting needs into system capabilities • Own technical responsibility for financial-vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration • Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work • Report to the Manager of Enterprise Systems • Shape finance operations as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years administering a financial or ERP system • Hands-on NetSuite administration required • Experience with configuration, customization, user access, roles, permissions, and workflows • Experience with General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, Accounts, and subsidiary / multi-location structures • Experience designing and implementing custom records, fields, and automations • Experience building SuiteFlow automations • Experience managing the NetSuite integration ecosystem • Working understanding of month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable / procure-to-pay, and revenue • Demonstrated track record of automating repetitive manual work through scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools • Sound judgment about system configuration, cross-system integration, and source-of-truth decisions • Comfort with at least one of SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation • Ability to read and reason about integrations • Strong collaboration and communication across finance and engineering teams • Fluent English; knowledge of any other language is an advantage • FloQast administration experience is a bonus • Experience with a central integration platform or event-driven environment is a bonus • Comfort using AI coding and automation tools is a bonus • Depth in SuiteScript, RESTlets, or NetSuite web services is a bonus
