📋 Description

• Own Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environment, keeping it reliable, secure, and cost efficient • Lead AI-assisted engineering for platform infrastructure and set standards, guardrails, and review practices • Drive infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and GitOps practices • Own secrets management and DevOps tooling supporting the deployment pipeline • Maintain and evolve database and data warehouse infrastructure • Build observability and reliability practices and improve developer experience • Manage and mentor engineers and engineering managers while contributing directly to the work • Partner with Security and Corporate IT on platform and security handoffs • Report to the VP Engineering • Review architecture, work through incidents, and contribute to system builds

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering • Hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Postgres, and data warehousing • 3+ years managing engineers or engineering managers • Deep experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure as code • Demonstrated proficiency directing AI coding and infrastructure tools to deliver production systems • Experience owning secrets management and related tooling • Comfort operating databases and data warehouse infrastructure at scale • Track record of staying hands-on with code, architecture reviews, and incidents • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical tradeoffs and risk to non-technical stakeholders • Education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs may affect pay position within the salary range
