📋 Description

• Be a founding member of the SDR team. • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales. • Consult and educate. • Leverage AI and data tools. • Develop the blueprint for scale. • Qualify and hand off leads. • Represent our brand with empathy and curiosity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in outbound prospecting. 1–3 years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS, in early-stage/scale-up companies, or targeting product, design, or research personas. • Enterprise-awareness. • Multi-threaded outreach execution. • Tech stack fluency. • Analytical and operational mindset. • Clear communication. • High agency and growth mindset. • Passion for product and customers.
