📋 Description

• Build and scale Doxel’s go-to-market and G&A hiring engine • Lead full-cycle hiring for go-to-market and G&A roles in partnership with the Technical Recruiter • Partner with senior leadership on headcount planning, role design, and compensation benchmarking • Recruit across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Partnerships, and future G&A roles • Conduct full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security roles from intake through offer • Source and engage candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, technical communities, referrals, and outbound outreach • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs • Deliver a strong candidate experience and technical talent brand • Define role scope, required skills, and calibrated interview loops with hiring managers • Build sourcing playbooks and technical screening frameworks • Use recruiting data to improve hiring speed and quality • Maintain ATS hygiene and accurate hiring reports • Advise hiring managers on market conditions, competitive offers, and timelines • Calibrate leveling and interview standards • Flag pipeline and market risks to leadership • Help document and scale recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS/startup environments • Experience recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, and IT/Security • Ability to source passive candidates directly • Working knowledge of technical role requirements for skill screening and seniority calibration • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Lever or Greenhouse • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub • Strong communication skills and ability to push back on hiring managers • Full-time contract for 3–6 months with potential for extension
