📋 Description

• Complete employee transactions in Workday accurately and according to established guidelines and policies • Provide responsive support for transactional work requests to hiring managers, coaches, and People Practices teammates • Provide administrative support for talent assessments, development programs, employee recognition, and compensation processes • Process background checks, pre-employment due diligence, employee transfers, promotions, and separations consistently and accurately • Support performance management administration, certification management, and Learning Management System administration activities • Provide relevant information for People Practices events, including Townhalls and Peer Group meetings • Create relocation and per diem agreements using established templates

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required • 2–4 years of related experience required • Experience with Workday Human Resources Information System preferred • Experience in compensation administration preferred • None required for certifications and licenses
