📋 Description

• Build and continuously improve onboarding from offer acceptance through ramp • Create an employee hub for information and resources • Build core People policies, documentation, and operating infrastructure • Identify gaps across the employee lifecycle and determine what to build, improve, or remove • Use AI and automation across People programs • Create self-service tools and resources to reduce People administration • Monitor employee signals and identify issues early • Partner with the VP of People on new programs and experiments • Own execution needed to turn ideas into usable employee tools • Assess current onboarding and People infrastructure during the first 30 days • Launch a V1 onboarding experience by 60 days • Launch a central People hub and prioritized infrastructure roadmap by 90 days • Report to the VP of People and work independently across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Strong systems-thinking ability • Active use of AI in work, with examples of things built, automated, or fundamentally changed using AI • Ability to build systems from zero and work from first principles • Ability to operate independently and drive work forward without detailed instructions • Strong product instincts and focus on intuitive, useful employee experiences • Ability to simplify processes • Comfort moving quickly, experimenting, and iterating • Passion for innovation in the people space • Relevant People exposure • Previous People Operations experience is ideal, particularly experience operating as a small or one-person People function • Must be authorized to work in the United States
