📋 Description

• Audit and rebuild list/signup-form architecture across the content site • Remap list-based opt-ins to interest-based profile properties or a better-suited data structure • Run a segmentation health check and consolidate overlapping segments into one documented structure • Establish deliverability and list-hygiene fundamentals, including domain authentication, sender reputation, suppression logic, bounce/complaint handling, and sunset policies • Audit every live flow for structure and technical settings, including triggers, filters, and exit logic • Correct broken or conflicting flow configurations • Rebuild revenue attribution and tracking • Review integration health across connected marketing tools • Stand up platform reporting and dashboards • Establish governance standards, documentation, checklists, and workflows • Train the internal team for ongoing ownership • Remain available on an ad hoc basis after approximately 90 days • Conduct an approximately 30-day audit followed by approximately 60 days of implementation and governance handoff

🎯 Requirements

• Current Klaviyo platform expertise, including architecture, flows, segmentation, and integrations • Demonstrated history of auditing and rebuilding accounts at scale • Proven ability to execute platform changes directly • High proficiency in email deliverability, including authentication, list hygiene, suppression, and reputation management • Experience with attribution/tracking setup, reporting, and dashboard building • Ability to document and hand off work cleanly • Experience establishing governance documentation and training an internal team • Up-to-date Mac or Windows computer with anti-virus protection • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Comfortable and experienced using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and OneDrive • Shopify integration depth and DTC ecommerce experience preferred • SMS/RCS familiarity preferred • Not currently hiring internationally
