📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the DraftKings Exchange across electronic trading, market monitoring, and operational support for prediction markets • Drive real-time operational and technical support by overseeing issue resolution, identifying root causes, and partnering with Engineering to improve platform stability and performance • Manage customer and partner operational relationships, including exchange connectivity, participant onboarding, complex inquiry resolution, and seamless trading experiences • Partner with Engineering, Product, Regulatory, and Analytics teams on strategic initiatives, new market capabilities, and continuous operational improvement • Guide development and enhancement of operational tools for real-time monitoring of market conditions, liquidity, market maker activity, trading performance, and prediction market health • Analyze operational and market data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement scalable processes that strengthen market integrity, efficiency, and customer experience • Develop expertise in prediction markets and emerging industry trends to influence operational strategy, support regulatory readiness, and shape the future direction of the DraftKings Exchange

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in market operations, exchange operations, trading operations, market surveillance, financial markets, sportsbook trading, or a similar operational environment • Deep knowledge of exchange and market structure concepts, including order books, matching engines, liquidity, market states, trading dynamics, and operational risk management • Proven experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives, improving complex processes, and delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence technical and business partners and communicate operational insights to senior stakeholders • Experience using data to evaluate operational performance, prioritize improvements, and support strategic decision-making • Passion for prediction markets, exchange operations, sports trading, or financial markets • Flexibility to support shift coverage as needed • Experience working in a regulated trading, exchange operations, or market surveillance environment is preferred • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
