📋 Description

• Build strategic roadmaps and scalable processes that strengthen performance across the Loyalty & VIP Growth organization and align with broader company objectives • Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to evaluating performance, using data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisions • Own competitive intelligence workstreams, including market research, competitor benchmarking, data analysis, and identification of emerging industry trends • Translate data and competitive intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations that inform Loyalty & VIP Growth strategy, investment, and execution • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation to optimize workflows • Build AI-enabled tools and agents that increase team productivity and create scalable ways of working • Partner with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, improve day-to-day operations, and drive stronger business performance

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • At least 2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategic operations and planning, or a similar field • Experience owning competitive intelligence or market research workstreams, including competitor analysis, industry research, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis • Experience using AI to optimize workflows and build tools or agents that improve the efficiency and quality of work • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, prioritize based on business needs, and align cross-functional teams around shared goals • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities • Experience translating complex data into clear business insights and recommendations • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications • Experience with AI-enabled tools such as Claude, SQL, and Snowflake are preferred • Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
