📋 Description

• Own the selection process from first discovery through tailored demos, workshops, and guided trials • Uncover customer product operating models, planning cadences, workflows, governance structures, and Agile-at-scale practices • Translate business and operating challenges into Dragonboat configurations and expected outcomes • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting strategic goals to daily workflows • Help prospects obtain value during guided trials through light workflow setup • Own business-focused RFI/RFP responses • Maintain expertise in Dragonboat, product management and PDLC practices, and AI-enabled workflows • Bridge sales, product, and customer teams as a customer-facing consultant

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, product ops, PMO, consulting, or transformation roles in technology organizations • 2+ years in client-facing consulting roles, including consulting, customer success, TAM, implementation, or professional services • Solid understanding of PDLC, portfolio management, roadmap and quarterly planning, prioritization, and Agile, including Agile at scale • Workflow fluency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Linear, or Smartsheet • Consultative, business-focused demo skills • Ability to communicate confidently with C-suite leaders, administrators, and cross-functional teams • Fast learner with a bias for applied learning in AI and agentic tools • No engineering background required • Previous experience as a Dragonboat admin or power user is preferred • Must be able to work in the continental United States
