📋 Description

• Manage defined project plans and schedules and monitor progress • Work across multiple projects simultaneously • Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors • Align project objectives with company goals and clarify objectives for project teams • Lead issue identification and resolution • Manage project scope, risk tracking, and project documentation • Manage budgets and allocate project resources • Facilitate and troubleshoot complex systems, coordination, development, and design projects • Deliver and install technology solutions based on project deliverables when needed • Protect company intellectual property and customer data privacy • Lead, counsel, and mentor others • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent preferred • 1–2 years’ experience as a project lead • Operational experience in a hospice environment strongly preferred • Experience in hospice, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, managed care, or other pertinent health care services industry strongly preferred • Knowledge of project management applications and principles • Knowledge of resource allocation, budgeting, and coordination of people and resources • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Understanding of the company’s products, technologies, selling strategies, and internal business functions • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA procedures • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment • Occasional travel may be required • Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 10 pounds
