📋 Description

• Lead multiple project teams in delivering simultaneous medium and large sized IT projects • Exceed customer expectations for each project • Manage internal and external resources and schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle • Partner with IT resources to own project delivery and client satisfaction • Enhance systems and processes that ensure availability and optimal function of project teams • Document effectively throughout the project lifecycle using project management templates • Promote industry standard processes and frameworks • Adhere to internal control practices within IT

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of IT project management or coordination experience • Previous Managed Service Provider experience supporting multiple client engagements • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with precision while juggling multiple projects and priorities • Ability to collaborate and earn influence with diverse technical people across different service lines • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders at various organizational levels • Strong ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, from end users to C-Suite executives • Working knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and current versions of Windows • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills • Ability to take ownership of complex situations and protect team members • Ability to understand business problems through a technology lens • Desire to work as part of a team and mentor others • Ability to communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical people at all levels of client organizations • Critical thinking aptitude and troubleshooting experience • Empathy for customers • Curiosity about technology and motivation to learn independently • Professional confidence despite ambiguity • Excitement about solving problems • Strong analytic and logical decision making • Positive, courteous demeanor • Aptitude towards service • Openness to feedback • Ability to learn from experience • Must work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours
