πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the primary business process superuser for Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ β€’ Manage day-to-day system operations, user support, and enhancement requests β€’ Support and optimize quote-to-cash processes (pricing, quoting, approvals) β€’ Develop reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and productivity performance as needed β€’ Ensure data consistency across platforms β€’ Support evaluation, implementation, and roll out of new GTM technologies; support ongoing optimization of existing technologies β€’ Lead cross functional projects as they relate to GTM systems β€’ Partner cross-functionally to deliver system improvements β€’ Gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions β€’ Provide user training, onboarding documentation, and change management support for systems updates β€’ Provide sales and end user support for GTM systems β€’ Support data quality and hygiene efforts

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Salesforce Operational Administration experience (not technical administrator/developer) β€’ Strong understanding of sales and GTM business processes (pipeline stages forecasting, lead to opportunity flow, quote-to-cash) β€’ Experience in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment for a small to mid-sized business β€’ Operational experience with Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash processes β€’ Working knowledge of GTM tools such as Outreach, data platforms, marketing automation platforms β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, process improvement mindset, and keen attention to detail β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders β€’ Salesforce certification(s) (Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist)
