• Act as an extension of the Sales team to preconsult with prospective customers via phone, email, and other digital communication channels • Gather financial reports and begin preparing analysis for shop owner consultation • Support sales by gathering relevant documents for seamless handoff to coaching staff • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads and sales activities in CRM systems • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends related to performance • Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making • Support the implementation and optimization of sales technology platforms • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth • Support the maintenance of sales performance dashboards and reports • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and targets • Monitor sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a similar role • 2+ years of automotive experience highly preferred • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of sales processes and best practices • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management preferred • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
