📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of every show Sales attends, including registration, booth logistics, shipping, staffing schedules, and badge scanning • Build pre-show promotion • Own post-show lead follow-up in partnership with Sales • Track spend and results per show and evaluate future participation • Recommend trade shows based on where target districts and buyers attend • Help design and order swag • Support product marketing with one-pagers, sales enablement materials, and messaging • Keep marketing materials consistent and current across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience planning and running trade shows or events • Ability to own a budget and explain its results in plain numbers • Marketing skills beyond events, such as copywriting, campaign support, or sales enablement • Project management skills for coordinating multiple logistics components • Ability to work closely with Sales to connect events to pipeline generation • Willingness to travel for trade shows • Must pass a satisfactory background check • Must reside in a state where Droplet is currently able to hire • Full-time commitment averaging 40 hours per week
