📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of Zearn's in-person full Team Summits, from planning through onsite delivery • Coordinate venue logistics, hotel accommodations, AV, materials, transportation, registration, and access-dependent logistics • Lead onsite event execution in partnership with the Director of People and team • Partner with session owners, presenters, vendors, and internal teams to anticipate needs and solve problems • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, event budgets, and payment milestones • Coordinate logistics for functional team in-person gatherings • Coordinate Zearn Updates and other organization-wide virtual meetings • Execute culture-building programs and team-member lifecycle touchpoints, including anniversaries, holiday gifting, milestones, and onboarding welcomes • Support and evolve Slack communities and remote connection opportunities • Experiment with Generative AI and communication tools to optimize team-member lifecycle touchpoints • Develop and maintain repeatable playbooks, processes, and best practices for team-wide experiences • Gather feedback, analyze learnings, and share insights for continuous improvement • Improve event operations processes, documentation, communications, and post-event closeout practices • Stay informed on trends and research in team-member experience, events, and remote-first culture

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience project managing complex company events • Experience ideally with organizations in the 150–300 team member range • Proven track record designing and executing successful virtual events that drive engagement and cultural connection • Experience using Generative AI to streamline workflows, optimize communication touchpoints, or analyze team-member feedback • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple vendors and complex budgets • Commitment to Zearn’s mission and desire to build an enabling culture • Ability to manage projects at multiple altitudes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive day-to-day execution • Role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of People • Must be able to work remotely from CA, CT, FL, IL, LA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, or Washington D.C. • Must travel for Zearn’s biannual Team Summits, with additional travel as needed
