📋 Description

• Support projects implementing new and existing business, site consolidations and relocations, and automation solutions • Create, validate, and use tools and standards for the department and DSV organization • Validate customer requirements, create overall solutions, and implement assigned solution tasks • Provide Project Managers with estimated time, status, escalations, and scope changes • Collect and collate customer requirements for warehouse relocations and new real estate projects • Lead the design, development, and implementation of warehouse and distribution center solutions • Analyze and optimize inbound, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and value-added service workflows • Define facility, process, and equipment requirements and gain stakeholder alignment • Support warehouse technologies, WMS, and related operational platforms • Develop implementation plans, schedules, and task lists • Identify, evaluate, and procure capital equipment and required assets • Manage vendor, supplier, contractor, and customer relationships • Support automation and material handling solution integration • Ensure compliance with customer, safety, regulatory, and industry requirements • Coordinate multiple projects, identify risks, resolve issues, and drive outcomes • Develop project updates, business cases, presentations, and recommendations • Collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, construction, and external partners • Monitor industry trends and emerging supply chain technologies • Support site assessments, commissioning, testing, operational launches, and travel • Perform operational improvement, network expansion, new business implementation, and continuous improvement projects • Manage vendors completing project work and potentially support peer onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree is basic requirement (Industrial Engineering preferred) • Minimum of 6 years in the Logistics/Supply Chain Industry • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in warehousing solution implementation and design • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Vizio, and use of Teams / SharePoint • AutoCAD LT • Knowledge of WMS functional processes • English (reading, writing, verbal) • Strong writing skills with experience documenting design methodologies to create logistics solutions and responses to RFPs • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. while following proper lifting procedures • Must be able to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per day • Spanish is a plus • Knowledge of LMS, TMS, YMS is a plus • Experience dealing with end users, vendors, and clients is preferred • Experience in 3PL environment is preferred • Six Sigma / Lean Certifications are a plus • Experience with warehouse automation applications is preferred
