📋 Description

• Develop detailed cost and price models for government proposals covering labor, materials, subcontractors, and indirect rates • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, TINA, agency-specific regulations, and DT Pro policies • Prepare and support certifications required for Certified Cost or Pricing Data • Analyze historical cost data, labor rate structures, and indirect rate forecasts to inform pricing strategies • Develop, distribute, and follow up on pricing data calls for subcontractors and teaming partners • Prepare pricing narratives, cost volumes, and supporting proposal documentation • Support fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with government contracting officers and DCAA/DCMA • Collaborate with contracts and legal teams to assess risk and contractual compliance • Maintain pricing templates, tools, and standard work instructions • Participate in proposal reviews to validate accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance • Review RFPs and proposal documents for customer and company-policy compliance • Support business management and operations functions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience • Exceptional communication skills • Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS cost principles and compliance requirements • Experience supporting FAR 15.403 and 15.408 certified Cost or Pricing Data requirements, including required certifications • Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling tools • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills • Experience conducting salary surveys • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a proposal-driven environment • Familiarity with price-to-win analysis and cost estimating software such as PROPRICER and Deltek Costpoint • Understanding of indirect rate structures and earned value management concepts • Experience with large, complex IDIQ, CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred
