📋 Description

• Provide technical service supporting product application at customer sites • Create superior account satisfaction and retention • Manage multiple customers across the assigned geography and product lines • Provide assistance, information, and support to customers • Repair, replace, and install DuBois equipment • Conduct chemical testing and manage inventory • Provide value-add personal service to customers • Report, document, and communicate findings and abnormal conditions • Offer recommendations and resolve customers’ technical challenges • Assist with process improvement • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional support employees • Learn and assist with DuBois eTools, System Surveys, and Cost Calculators • Enter chemical test results, meter/setpoint readings, inventory levels/dosage rates, GPS location, and service time into Analytics or an equivalent data collection system • Travel to assigned customers to conduct service audits

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the Indianapolis area • 2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience • Mechanical aptitude in electrical and pipefitting preferred • Strong time management skills with attention to detail • Ability to understand the products and services offered by the company • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in performing technical/mechanical on-site testing • Ability to adjust to various customer needs and situations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficient in Microsoft Products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other analytical tools • Ability to travel locally daily and up to 25% overnight travel • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations
