📋 Description

• Own the Lead-to-Cash and enterprise systems application roadmap • Serve as primary decision-maker for system capabilities, roadmap prioritization, governance standards, and future-state architecture direction • Prioritize enhancements, integrations, workflow automation, and process improvements • Maintain a multi-year capability roadmap, system governance, standards, policies, and operating procedures • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process • Ensure process consistency, scalability, and compliance across business functions • Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Oversee ERP functionality and ensure system capabilities, configurations, and data flows support business requirements • Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT leaders to optimize workflows, controls, reporting, integrations, and data quality • Define the future-state Lead-to-Cash operating model and prioritize automation opportunities • Evaluate emerging capabilities and translate them into governed, value-based investments • Liaise between executive stakeholders, business process owners, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities, decision rights, requirements, risks, tradeoffs, and system changes • Lead governance forums and steering committee discussions • Communicate system performance, roadmap progress, investment needs, project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership • Provide delivery oversight for major initiatives, upgrades, integrations, and automation • Establish data governance standards across Lead-to-Cash platforms • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance and process effectiveness • Ensure systems meet security, compliance, audit, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements • Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting requirements • Deliver high-quality first-party data that helps businesses gain precise insights, activate audiences, and measure impact

• Enterprise platform leadership experience • Understanding of how technology, data, process, and business operations intersect to drive growth • Product mindset • Strong financial and operational acumen • Track record of modernizing complex business environments through scalable systems, automation, governance, and cross-functional alignment • Ability to translate strategic priorities into platform capabilities while balancing business value, risk, adoption, controls, and long-term scalability • Experience owning Lead-to-Cash and enterprise systems application roadmaps • Knowledge of lead and opportunity management, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, professional services automation, billing and invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and customer account management • Experience overseeing ERP functionality supporting finance, procurement, inventory, professional service automation, operational processes, data entry, and reporting • Knowledge of AI, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent process design • Knowledge of security, compliance, segregation of duties, audit, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements
