E-Verify Program is a web-based employment eligibility verification system operated by the U. S. Department of Homeland Security. It enables enrolled U. S. employers to electronically confirm the identity and work authorization of new (and some existing) hires by comparing employee-provided Form I-9 information against federal databases. The program includes employer and employee resources (myE-Verify), enhanced features like E-Verify+, photo matching, driver’s license verification, reporting tools, compliance guidance for federal contractors, training/webinars, and privacy/usage policies. E-Verify is an official government service focused on lawful employment verification and employer compliance with immigration and hiring regulations.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute integration, system, regression, end-to-end, API, and workflow test strategies for automation capabilities • Create automated test suites, test data, mocks/stubs, acceptance criteria, quality gates, and repeatable validation procedures • Validate interfaces, data exchanges, security controls, error handling, logging, workflow paths, and deployment behavior across integrated components • Trace requirements and defects to test evidence; document results and support prioritization and resolution of issues • Integrate automated tests into the customer’s existing CI/CD pipeline and support release-readiness reviews • Coordinate with developers, platform, security, data, ATO automation, and Government stakeholders during integration and validation activities • Maintain test plans, test cases, results, defect records, runbooks, and quality documentation consistent with customer Launch Pad and CMMI processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of relevant integration, software test, QA, or systems engineering experience • Experience designing and automating API, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing in enterprise software environments • Experience with defect management, requirements traceability, CI/CD integration, test evidence, and release-readiness activities • Ability to diagnose cross-component failures spanning applications, APIs, data, platforms, security tooling, and workflows • Ability to obtain a 6c Public Trust • U.S. Citizenship is required • At least an active Secret clearance is highly preferred • Experience with automated API/UI/integration testing frameworks • Experience with GitLab CI/CD • Experience with Jira/Confluence • Experience with AWS • Performance/reliability testing experience • Test data management • Requirements traceability • Security-test integration
