📋 Description

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprints, standups, and retrospectives, while removing technical and organizational blockers • Partner with DevOps and engineering leadership to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release cycles • Track and improve delivery metrics such as velocity, lead time, deployment frequency, and MTTR • Monitor and adjust team structures, Agile practices, and delivery operating models to reduce costs and improve efficiency and accountability • Apply hands-on development and SDLC knowledge to review delivery estimates, identify coding-level inefficiencies, and improve technical execution • Align backlog priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations with internal departments and stakeholders • Improve workflow transparency using Agile tools, reporting, dashboards, and team information radiators • Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste, improve cycle time, increase deployment reliability, and support predictable delivery • Support release planning, dependency management, delivery readiness, and incident learning activities • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, status reports, delivery summaries, and leadership updates • Promote Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices • Use approved AI tools to improve delivery planning, reporting, workflow analysis, and team efficiency while protecting confidential, proprietary, and regulated information

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning and execution, backlog refinement, estimation techniques, retrospectives, and continuous improvement methodologies • Advanced knowledge of DevOps, cloud-based delivery environments, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, deployment practices, site reliability principles, and operational support processes • Advanced proficiency in software development, coding practices, system design, and software engineering principles • Expert knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Strong ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering, product, architecture, and DevOps teams • Ability to assess, redesign, and optimize team structures, Agile operating models, workflows, and delivery practices • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills using delivery, engineering, and operational metrics • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and related tools • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Working knowledge of AI-enabled technologies, responsible AI use, data protection, output validation, and governance standards • 5 or more years of experience leading Agile delivery, Scrum, delivery management, or technology execution • 3 or more years working with engineering teams using modern SDLC practices, CI/CD pipelines, release practices, automated testing, or DevOps delivery models • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, improving delivery metrics, and driving continuous improvement • Experience reviewing or challenging technical estimates, delivery assumptions, team capacity, or engineering execution plans • Experience preparing leadership-facing reports, dashboards, presentations, or delivery updates • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Practical experience leading Agile delivery within DevOps/Cloud environments • Expertise in Jira/Confluence • Must have legal authority to work in the US • CSM or SAFe certification preferred • PSM, PMI-ACP, or comparable Agile certification • Training or certification in DevOps, cloud platforms, software delivery, product delivery, or release management • Advanced Agile, facilitation, coaching, or delivery leadership training
