📋 Description

• Provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets • Implement strategic asset management plans integrating building automation, energy management, maintenance programs, and lifecycle asset management • Develop reliability analysis methods for components, equipment, and processes • Acquire and analyze connected-system data and improve maintenance program strategies • Conduct maintenance maturity assessments, program audits, and system/equipment audits • Oversee root cause failure analysis and determine corrective actions • Integrate BAS, automated fault detection and diagnostics, maintenance programs, and capital planning data for lifecycle analyses and repair-versus-replacement recommendations • Support site-level Asset Management & Reliability programs and compliance initiatives • Coordinate engineers, technicians, and third-party resources • Create and manage preventative maintenance tasks and optimize PM/PdM programs • Rank asset criticality and define cost-beneficial proactive maintenance approaches • Create reliability studies and risk mitigation strategies for critical assets • Investigate reliability improvement technologies • Facilitate operational event and equipment failure investigations and follow-up monitoring • Plan and perform engineering operations, monitor operations center systems, and conduct equipment condition assessments • Maintain CMMS equipment records, specifications, bills of materials, and failure history • Develop equipment reliability KPIs and maintenance/reliability metrics • Collaborate with Maintenance and Planning groups • Execute multidisciplinary facility condition assessments across labs, manufacturing, office, and distribution locations in the Americas • Inspect, document, and prioritize asset and field conditions and report remaining useful life • Compile portfolio-wide findings for client capital planning and lifecycle asset management • Support commissioning for upgrade, renovation, and construction projects • Perform other work as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BS in an Engineering discipline; mechanical or electrical preferred • Five to 10 years’ experience implementing RCM, CbM/PdM methods, operating building automation and energy management systems, and understanding asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches • Experience with building automation systems and automated fault detection & diagnostics with integration of connected systems • Experience in critical/regulated environments preferred • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems • Extensive knowledge of commercial, critical, manufacturing, laboratory, or distribution facility types • Ability to use a variety of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and IT tools • Ability to read, comprehend and apply information from technical manuals and reference materials • Ability to make informed recommendations with incomplete data sets • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manipulate large amounts of data accurately using different spreadsheet formats • Certified Reliability Leader certification preferred • Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional certification preferred • Level 2 thermography certification preferred • Level 2 vibration certification preferred • Level 2 ultrasound certification preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
