📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between developers, QA, and operations to align goals and streamline workflows • Provision and maintain servers, storage, networking, and cloud resources on-premises and in the cloud • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts, and infrastructure-as-code to reduce manual work • Integrate security practices into the development lifecycle • Design processes for data collection, storage, and usage within systems • Manage application builds, deployments, and rollbacks • Set up logging, alerting, and performance monitoring tools • Use Datadog, IBM Turbonomic, and Azure Monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Three years minimum experience in Linux/Unix, scripting (Python, Bash, Terraform), cloud platforms (Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), version control (Git), GitLab build pipelines, networking, and database management • Familiarity with YAML, Java, TypeScript, and Node.js • Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to cross-functional teams • Understanding of agile, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation • B.S. in Computer Science, CIS, or related fields • High-speed internet required for remote work; Cable or Fiber ONLY with ability to connect via Ethernet • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), or 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
