📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with DevOps and development teams • Review the existing infrastructure and plan improvements • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents • Improve infrastructure reliability, security, and observability • Support and evolve Kubernetes-based production environments • Introduce and implement new tools and technologies • Contribute to infrastructure and architecture discussions • Proactively suggest solutions based on evolving product and business needs • Join a growing team of 6 DevOps Engineers, including the Team Lead • Assist with production issues during the weekly assigned support rotation, typically 0–2 incidents per week • Participate in recruiter screening, HR, practical technical, technical lead, senior engineer, and final soft-skills interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Around 5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience, with a strong Senior-level skill set • Strong practical experience with AWS — must-have • Solid production experience with Kubernetes — essential • Strong cloud infrastructure background rather than primarily on-premise experience • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform / Terragrunt • Hands-on experience with Docker • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and HTTP • Proven experience troubleshooting production environments and handling incidents • Experience working as part of a DevOps/engineering team and collaborating closely with developers • English at B2 level or higher • Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, Ansible, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, Alertmanager, or DigitalOcean would be a plus
