• Support the operations of ABA clinics across ten markets • Assist the Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks and clinic operations • Schedule appointments and manage call-outs • Communicate with families and parents to coordinate care, provide service updates, and address questions or concerns • Maintain accurate records and reports for business forecasting • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing for therapeutic sessions • Help maintain a clean and organized clinic environment • Monitor clinic inventory and place orders when supplies are low • Participate in team meetings and provide operational updates • Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager to support clinic growth and development
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or coordination role, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or experience in autism services highly preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Comfort with cloud-based management systems and tools • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team collaboration • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment • Experience in a multi-location or national organization preferred • Familiarity with healthcare client management software or systems preferred • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
