📋 Description
• Contact prospective clients and engage real estate leads through calls and other communication channels • Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and interests • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team • Perform consistent follow-ups with interested and unresponsive prospects • Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients and booked appointments
🎯 Requirements
• Female candidates with at least 2 years of appointment-setting experience • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry • Excellent communication and sales skills • Confidence handling conversations, objections, and follow-ups • Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented • Availability to work Mondays–Fridays, 9AM–5PM Hawaii Time (HST)
