📋 Description

• Serve as the primary representative and go-to resource for new customers implementing the ECI Deacom ERP platform • Lead customer sessions to identify and document current and future business initiatives • Conduct gap analysis of current systems and processes • Identify reporting and data analytics requirements • Gather requirements through existing process reviews • Perform systems design and fit-gap analysis • Configure and set up the system • Engineer Deacom solutions for complex customer business requirements • Lead concept validation and user acceptance testing • Conduct pre-implementation system testing • Provide data migration and data formatting recommendations • Prepare consulting recaps and activity reports • Drive KPIs that help customers understand and continuously improve their business • Travel to customers throughout the U.S. and Canada, averaging approximately 25% of the time and potentially up to 50% during go-live and other key milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, supply chain, information systems, or equivalent • 3+ years of ERP experience preferred • Prior experience in software implementation or consultation • Strong ERP product knowledge • Understanding of business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance • Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to users with varying technical expertise • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Self-motivated drive to deliver high-quality work • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills • Professional presence suitable for direct client interaction • Valid driver's license and/or passport for required travel within the US and Canada • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows • Experience with business process improvement projects is an additional qualification • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures is an additional qualification • APICS/CPIM certification is a plus • Prior project management experience using MS Project or other project planning tools is an additional qualification • Proficiency in MS Visio for process mappings and flowcharts is an additional qualification
