📋 Description

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five or more hours per day on every scheduled instructional day • Create an engaging and structured virtual classroom experience • Use student performance data to personalize instruction, identify learning gaps, and adapt teaching approaches • Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work • Maintain accurate records to keep students and families informed and on track • Build relationships with students and families through professional, proactive communication • Collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality student support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field • Active state teaching license in Idaho, Indiana, and/or Florida in CTE-Business & Technology grades 6-12 • Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings • Comfort with the unique demands of a live online classroom • Confidence and engagement on camera • Ability to teach live for five or more consecutive hours per day, every instructional day • Hands-on experience with online learning platforms, virtual instruction tools, and standard productivity software • Ability to read student performance data and use it to adjust live instruction • Excellent written and verbal communication • Highly organized and self-directed, with time management skills to independently manage a full student caseload in a remote environment • Commitment to professional growth, maintaining certification, and staying current on K-12 curriculum, technology, and best practices • Willingness to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs
