📋 Description

• Gather feedback from students, parents, teachers, administrators, and customer support • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing • Analyze customer pain points and identify opportunities for product improvements • Assist in defining product requirements • Document user stories and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, Curriculum, and other stakeholders • Help define, build, and improve products serving students, educators, and families • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, education, or a related field • 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Education Technology, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with data and making evidence-based recommendations • Strong attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong advocacy for customer and user experience
