📋 Description

• Create accurate client installment and audit invoices by line of business • Create accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients • Properly allocate revenue to appropriate clients and company locations • Generate and maintain department systems • Maintain a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue • Key journal entries for accounting staff • Maintain client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts • Create monthly revenue versus budget variance reports • Reconcile client claim disbursement accounts • Deliver client invoice reporting packages • Research and resolve issues for internal and external customers • Perform other duties as assigned • Support the organization's quality program(s)

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Two (2) years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Knowledge of general accounting practices • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Attention to detail; avoid errors in financial data and billing • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Computer keyboarding • Travel as required
