📋 Description

• Support Compliance Business Partners with investigations by gathering, reviewing, and organizing EVV reports, clinical notes, employee and client records, state hotline reports, and related correspondence • Ensure investigation documentation is complete, accurate, confidential, and submitted on time • Enter incidents into the tracking system accurately and promptly • Work independently and collaborate with operational leaders and other teams to meet quality and productivity goals • Report to the Director of Service Line Compliance • Contribute to Elara Caring's mission of delivering home-based healthcare to patients

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, compliance, operations support, or a related field • Previous experience in home health, hospice, or personal care services is highly desirable • Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing • Up to 10% travel, including driving, air travel, and overnight stays
