📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for caregiver roles • Source, screen, and move candidates quickly through the hiring process • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate next steps with urgency • Partner with branch leaders to meet hiring goals and staffing demands • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in Workday, Phenom, and other ATS systems • Leverage Indeed, Phenom, and other sourcing platforms to build pipelines • Monitor recruiting metrics, including calls, offers, and hires, and adjust strategies • Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders • Hire frontline caregivers supporting more than 60,000 patients across the country

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in high-volume recruiting; healthcare or home care industry strongly preferred • Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused setting • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability • Experience with ATS systems; Workday preferred • Experience with sourcing platforms • Remote work aligned to the Eastern Time Zone
