📋 Description

• Support graphic design elements across global experiential marketing projects • Design for small- to mid-scale activations, Summits, trade show booths, environmental graphics, and regional pop-ups • Translate brand and creative direction into graphics for local and regional contexts • Consider materiality, surfaces, architecture, lighting, and movement through spaces • Work independently across global projects and bring concepts to life • Develop design language across applications, environments, and broader channel mix • Contribute to ideation with the wider brand team • Present design thinking to internal teams and partners • Delegate tasks to junior designers, artworkers, and external partners • Create artwork-ready files when required

🎯 Requirements

• Proven design credentials with a strong conceptual foundation • Experience taking projects from concept through design to delivery • Understanding of spatial and architectural principles • Genuine interest in combining graphics, materiality, and physical space • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related Adobe tools • Strong interest in AI and confidence using AI in the design process • Ability to advocate for ideas, collaborate across departments, and own planning and timescales • Ability to deliver high-quality work • Required to provide a résumé, GitHub profile link, and LinkedIn profile link during application
