📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders across international teams to support team health, performance, and talent density • Coach leads and managers through feedback, performance, conflict, growth conversations, and team change • Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads and, where needed, peeps, surfacing issues early • Contribute to organizational design, advising on team structures, spans and layers, and capability gaps • Support leaders and teams through changes such as team moves and new ways of working • Support People programs including performance reviews, engagement, recognition, and lead enablement • Work with Employee Relations and, where required, Legal Counsel on early-stage employee-relations issues, escalating complex cases • Identify patterns across teams and share them with the wider People team to shape initiatives • Work with People Operations and Compliance teams to support terminations, mobility, and local country requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting leaders and teams through performance, coaching, growth, and team-change topics • Strong coaching skills and confidence guiding managers through difficult conversations • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion, clarity, and fairness • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment and make decisions with incomplete information • Comfortable with partnership and hands-on execution • Comfortable working with leaders across different time zones and cultures • Experience supporting globally distributed or multi-jurisdiction teams is a strong plus • Experience supporting Engineering or Product teams
