📋 Description

• Own HRIS enhancements, configurations, upgrades, security roles, and integrations across the HR technology stack • Optimize HR technology modules including performance management, talent acquisition, compensation planning, and learning • Perform system audits and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, controls, and processes • Manage HRIS release management, including impact assessment, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-release support • Lead and support HR system implementations, stabilization, and long-term optimization • Troubleshoot system integrations, file feeds, and vendor data exchanges • Maintain security standards, access controls, and segregation of duties for data transfers and integrations • Manage HR technology vendor relationships, escalations, service issues, and renewal input • Own People Team reporting and analytics, including standard, ad hoc, executive, and regulatory reporting • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for People Team, leadership, and cross-functional needs • Serve as People Team data steward and enforce data definitions, governance standards, and usage guidelines • Maintain a centralized report inventory and tracker • Establish reporting calendars and intake, prioritization, tracking, and service level agreements for reporting requests • Translate People data into insights and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level reporting • Improve HR processes, workflows, and user experience through HR technology • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Marketing, BI, IT, and business leaders • Redesign HR processes to align system capabilities with business requirements • Identify automation opportunities and eliminate manual HR and Payroll workarounds • Lead federal EEO-1, applicable state EEO reports, and other required equal employment opportunity reports • Support internal and external audits related to HR systems, payroll, benefits, data privacy, and controls • Identify system-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Manage concurrent projects and evaluate change impacts • Develop training materials, job aids, and communications • Measure system adoption, usage, and effectiveness • Mentor and coach People Team members on systems, reporting, and data standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute for a degree • 4 to 6 years of progressive HRIS or People Operations experience, including advanced report writing and analytics • Demonstrated experience with UKG required • UKG Pro and Cognos BI experience strongly preferred • Project management and cross-functional coordination experience preferred • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel • Ability to work in a professional office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and standing at a workstation • Must comply with applicable employment eligibility verification requirements
