📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers • Create how-to documentation for Ashby workflows • Build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms, and scorecards • Maintain consistent interview structures and comparable data across teams • Set up approved headcount as accurate live jobs and postings, including hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards, and locations • Maintain job accuracy through close and archive • Own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications • Support process changes, tooling rollouts, and Talent Operations scaling projects • Provide interview scheduling support during busy periods • Audit and standardize interview plans within the first six months • Reduce job setup time by templating common role types • Automate a manual workflow using AI or integration tooling • Improve interviewer capacity and help automate scheduling • Own 1–2 Talent Operations projects end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans • Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team • Strong data hygiene instincts, including fixing root causes • Comfortable using AI tools to reduce manual work and move faster • Clear written communication skills • Ability to work in United States timezone hours • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Ashby reports and exported spreadsheet data with pivots, lookups, and basic formulas (bonus) • Experience with interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels (bonus) • Project management experience running projects end to end with multiple stakeholders (bonus)
