📋 Description

• Design and deliver tailored, interactive live training sessions and workshops for new and existing customers • Diagnose customer workflows and onsite operations, customizing workshops to specific needs • Co-build AI-powered training tools and customer-specific learning modules with the customer education team • Bring actionable field feedback to training, customer success, and product teams • Seek feedback during training and adjust the approach in real time • Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve customer training with the product, business, and customer needs • Track industry trends and training/onboarding best practices • Help attract top-tier talent to EliseAI • Travel onsite with customers up to 75% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to conduct sessions in both English and Spanish fluently • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, coaching, implementation, or consultant role • Experience translating customer education resources into live, interactive training for diverse audiences • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to conduct in-person training sessions with clients • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly • Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate expertise in our products • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and establish trusted advisor relationships • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
