📋 Description

• Manage technical projects from planning and design through implementation and delivery. • Serve as a senior technical contributor, balancing hands-on software development with technical leadership responsibilities. • Design scalable applications and make architecture decisions that support long-term growth and performance. • Help drive modernization efforts, including the transition from a monolithic system to service-oriented architectures and cloud-based solutions. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and external development teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. • Evaluate and recommend AWS services and infrastructure patterns based on technical and business requirements. • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance when needed, helping strengthen overall engineering capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing applications with .NET and C# • Experience working with SQL Server and relational database design • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure • Experience developing modern web applications using React • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and application scalability • Ability to lead projects and influence technical direction without necessarily holding a formal leadership title • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
