• Manage, configure, test, and maintain Workday HCM business processes, objects, condition rules, notifications, EIBs, Workday security roles, and system configurations at an advanced level • Troubleshoot complex Workday issues • Lead functional testing for Workday bi-annual releases, identify system impacts, and recommend enhancements • Maintain system documentation, process maps, configuration logs, and training materials • Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports, including calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, dashboards, and discovery boards • Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and system integrity • Support data governance initiatives and maintain compliance with internal controls and HR policies • Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Talent, and Compliance teams to support Workday-enabled processes • Ensure accurate and timely execution of mass data loads using EIBs • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Workday functionality • Support implementation of new Workday modules or enhancements, such as Recruiting, Talent, Time, and Compensation • Serve as subject matter expert for Workday inquiries from HR partners and business leaders • Develop and deliver training sessions, job aids, communication materials, and user guides • Participate in project teams by providing system insights, requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities • Lead medium-to-large-scale Workday enhancement initiatives • Prioritize and manage multiple requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication • Deliver cross-functional HR technology projects according to established timelines and metrics
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3+ years of hands on Workday HCM configuration experience (required) • Expertise in at least three Workday functional areas, such as Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Reporting, Compensation, Security, Talent, or Payroll • Demonstrated experience using EIBs, calculated fields, advanced reporting, and HR data analysis • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong understanding of HR operational workflows, compliance, and data governance • Fluency in English, written and verbal • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Excellent communication and technical writing skills • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive data with confidentiality • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to navigate complex issues and propose scalable, sustainable solutions
