📋 Description

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, families, and young adults • Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through the Care Dashboard • Manage a caseload that fits the therapist’s lifestyle • Focus on low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders • Use interactive digital games and AI-assisted documentation tools to support care delivery • Optionally transition existing private clients to the platform for an improved compensation rate • Provide virtual therapy to clients aged 4+

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold an active, independent clinical license for the state of Arizona: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist • 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics • Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth • Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software • Experience providing 1:1 clinical therapy online • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week • Spanish fluency is a significant plus • Provisional/associate license holders may apply through the designated process
