📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting • Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed • Work remotely in a fully flexible, supportive environment • Support women through reproductive life stages using a holistic clinical model • Treat common mental health conditions including depression and anxiety

🎯 Requirements

• Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving women’s mental health such as perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause and menopause • Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite • Must be located and fully licensed in TN (Tennessee) • Must hold an active license as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist • Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses including at least two of: AZ, DC, CA, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, and/or VA • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause • Experience working in a telehealth setting • Tech savvy • Experience with electronic medical records • Ability to learn new systems • Bilingual is a plus
