📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives. • Use AI to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, selection, analytics, reporting, and workforce planning. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify talent acquisition trends and opportunities. • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to provide strategic talent acquisition solutions. • Streamline recruitment processes, improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and maintain regulatory compliance. • Establish candidate evaluation standards, recruitment metrics, and KPIs. • Design and deliver an exceptional, transparent, and timely candidate experience. • Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. • Engage industry networks and communities to strengthen the employer brand and attract talent. • Foster continuous learning, feedback integration, innovation, and performance improvement within the talent acquisition team.

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and best practices, with a focus on AI integration and optimization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and AI tools for strategic decision-making and process improvement. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and relationship building. • Experience in a hyper-growth, regulated environment with a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in strategic recruitment and AI utilization. • Proven track record of leading successful recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in talent acquisition within a highly regulated industry.
