📋 Description

• Place outbound phone calls efficiently and professionally • Notify consumers of delinquent accounts by telephone to solicit payment • Receive payments by telephone for customer accounts • Manage and follow up on assigned collection accounts • Document call information and outcomes accurately, clearly, and concisely • Identify situations requiring call transfer or escalation to a senior advisor, supervisor, or manager • Perform tasks, calls, and interactions professionally and in compliance with company policies and government regulations • Support and demonstrate the company mission and values • Assist with special projects • Participate in relevant meetings or events • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills • Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively • Ability to multitask • Ability to handle disgruntled callers professionally, effectively, and tactfully • Strong data entry skills • Resourcefulness and independence sufficient to use resources, solve problems, and complete tasks efficiently • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Collection experience helpful but not required • ACA certification a plus but not required • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future • Role does not offer current or future visa sponsorship • Must be able to work the 1pm–9pm CST shift
